Estate Planning: Making Sure the Client’s Assets Get to the Right Beneficiaries
How assets pass at death makes a difference. This presentation will discuss four different methods for transmitting assets at death (three of which are “non-probate” methods) and the pros and cons of each method. In addition, the presentation will discuss how to coordinate the distribution of the different types of assets a client might own at death, to achieve their estate planning goals and provide a comprehensive estate plan.

The Journey After Death: What Does the Post-Death Process Actually Involve?
