The Chair of the Membership Committee shall form a committee. The Membership Committee shall consider all applications for membership and shall submit its recommendations to the Board. The committee is responsible for identifying, cultivating and retaining members and shall devise ways and means of maintaining an adequate membership of such standards as are provided in the Bylaws.
